1. Any order over HKD$400 can enjoy free delivery service.

2. Delivery time:

Once the order is confirmed, Shing Cheong Stationery Ltd. will arrange delivery as soon as possible, about 1-2 working days (except for orders in special areas)
If Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) or the Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the delivery service will be suspended or delayed until the next working day

3. Exchange:

If the product is damaged or does not match the ordered product, please notify by phone or email within 3 days after receipt of the goods.The company will arrange for a replacement or return of the product when the customer next orders
When the customer returns the product, please keep the complete packaging and parts, and the valid invoice issued by the company is valid
If the product is damaged or solid, customers should not repair it by themselves, because the company and the maintenance company will not accept this way of replacement or return service
Some special products and machines may need to be sent back to the factory for inspection and maintenance.The waiting time may take a long time, please pay attention.
If the customer orders the goods by mistake due to their own problems, the company has the right to refuse to exchange or return the goods

4. Refund:

The company will not accept refund service unless the product is discontinued or is out of stock for a long time

Shing Cheong Stationery e-store accepts payment by designated credit cards (VISA, Master, AE), Alipay, WeChat Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay . All product prices listed are in Hong Kong dollars. The prices listed in our e-store may differ from the prices of the same products in our physical shops. The applicable price shall be the price listed in our e-store as at the date of purchase.
